2025 ASTON AA SOFTBALL
Welcome to the 2025 Spring Softball Season!
It’s that time of year again to get the kids on the field. We are excited to get another season going for any child that wants to learn and play softball and HAVE FUN!! We are coming off a very successful season, but we want to continue to build off of that and keep it a positive experience for everyone! We will need as many volunteers as possible to make this year another successful season. Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Team Moms, Team Dads, Fundraising, Snack stand, Umpires, Awards, Parade, etc. If anyone is interested in volunteering, please let us know by email

Parents will be required to work one snack bar shift per season and help for one field maintenance day during the season. The Aston Softball Board will organize an open tutorial session for volunteers to observe how we open/ close the concession stand as well as setup and breakdown the fields. Schedules will be released before the start of the season and shared with coaches, parents, team moms, and team Dads.
Games cannot start until the snack bar is appropriately staffed.
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION:
We are offering a $10 discount for T-Ball and Intramural registrations for those who register before Monday February 3, 2025
T-Ball (ages 4-7) $75; $65 if you register before 2/3/25.
Intramural (Grades 1-8) $140; $130 if you register before 2/3/25.
$30 off each additional sibling
We will be hosting another Evaluation Day (Intramural players only) on Saturday, February, 8, 2025.
Our travel program has always been offered as a supplement to our intramural program. We offer this additional program for those players who seek a higher level of competition. Trying to build and to improve the quality of softball in our league, we are NOT asking travel players to participate in our intramural program this year but encourage you to do so with a registration amount of $75.
If your child is registering for a travel team and would like to register for the intramural league you must send us an email (
[email protected]) with your child’s name, as we can keep track of those players that will not be required to pay the full price. The rate for those players will be $75.
Important Note: Your child must be registered and rostered on a travel team in order to receive the $75 intramural registration price. You can register for both, and if your child is not rostered for the travel team you will only be billed for the full intramural registration amount.
Travel (teams: 14U, 12U, 10U, 8U) Fee: $175 + Intramural $75= $250 for both leagues.
Travel teams will be selected by a trying out process. ** No fee is collected unless the child is placed on a team at the end of the tryout process.** Tryouts are open to all. Travel tryouts will be Sunday, January 12, 2025, at Sun Valley High School.
***Save the Date**
We will be hosting a “Big Prize” Bingo Event on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Brookhaven Municipal Center! This event will BYO food and drink. More details to follow.
